Company evaluations - Which method produces the desired result?

Company evaluations - Which method produces the desired result?

There are many ways of evaluating a company or part of a company – and many factors play a part in selecting the best method. Future cash flows or revenues, fair values, liquidation values, tax values as part of a contribution or a gift - different requirements are involved on a case-by-case basis.

In the first pass, we match the choice of evaluation method to the specifications and frameworks defined by our clients, and then point out any possible advantages or disadvantages of the selected method. We then work closely with the clients to select the method used to undertake the final corporate evaluation.

And when things get really complicated, we also act as an expert for one of the parties during company evaluation procedures.
As a conciliator, we can act as an arbitrator, and sit down with all of the parties involved with the aim of finding a solution which is acceptable to all sides.
